Classic beauty and petite fashion model, Katie Treadway has been with the Model Connection,Inc for nine years. Born and raised in Bel Air, Maryland Katie began her career at the age of 13 , acting in school and church musicals, but it wasn't until her mother brought her to a local modeling agency that her modeling career began. It was also at that agency that Lisa Scott spotted the dynamic little beauty and invited her to become one of the first 11 models to be represented by the Model Connection,Inc.
Over the years Katie has been involved in runway, television, theatre, promotions and print. She won the lead role in an Anti-violence teen video over 70 other hopefuls, and has performed in such shows as "The Young Americans" and Homicide. She has performed in such musicals as "Oliver" and the "Sound of Music, " but is most proud of her directorial debut of the teen musical "Image". Over the past three years, Katie has made a huge splash in print modeling. This started when she, independent of an agency, was chosen as the cover model for "Dermascope" magazine,. Since then she has been featured in over nine different hair style publications.

She also lent those skills to the Christian Artist's Corporation where she organized and promoted major international talent events for up and coming artists. . After receiving her Bachelor's Degree from Towson University in Mass Communications, she accepted a position as Program Coordinator for Kids C.A.N., an umbrella organization for 50 different mentoring programs in Harford County, Maryland. This challenging role gives Katie the best of both worlds. She can utilize her extensive experience in marketing, public relations & event coordination and still shine as a communications professional through television and radio.
